Mondial Relay: Delivery to a pickup point.

Colissimo: Home delivery with tracking.

Delivery Times

The delivery times indicated below are provided for informational purposes only and represent an average estimate. They do not guarantee delivery within the exact number of days stated. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination:

Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days within mainland France.

Colissimo: 2 to 4 business days within mainland France.

International shipments: Delivery times may vary between 5 and 15 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total and delivery destination.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for each shipment, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order in real time.
