Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Game Changer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy offers you flexible options.

1. Return Period

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.

2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original labels and packaging.

Personalized products are generally not eligible for returns, nor are perishable or hygienic products, such as intimate haberdashery items, which cannot be returned for obvious hygiene reasons.

Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code stipulates that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed by the consumer and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

-          If they have been worn or their packaging has been unsealed, the seller may refuse their return for hygiene reasons, provided that this restriction is mentioned in its general terms and conditions of sale (GTC).

-          If the socks are new, unworn and still in their original packaging, the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund or an exchange.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original labels and packaging, except in the case of a defect.

Refunds will not be processed until the returned product has been received and assessed by our team.

3. Return Process

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the company of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement using the withdrawal form available on our website.

Our customer service will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any other necessary information.

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging). The customer must return the goods to the address provided, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw. This deadline is considered met if the customer returns the goods before the fourteen (14) day period expires.

4. Reimbursement

4.1 Once we have received the returned product and verified that it complies with our return policy, we will process the refund within fourteen (14) working days.

4.2 The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to another method. For credit card payments, please note that processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.

4.3 If the returned product does not comply with our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to deduct part of the refunded amount depending on the condition of the product.

 

5. Return Fees

5.1 Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

An error has been made on our part in processing your order.

5.2 We can provide a prepaid return label in situations where we are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

6.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please make a claim immediately upon receipt of the goods. This claim must be made in writing within five days of delivery, by email.

6.2 Provide details of the defect or damage, and attach photos if possible to expedite the assessment process.

6.3 We will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem, such as sending a replacement or issuing a refund or credit note.

7. Changes to the Return Policy

We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.

7.1 Changes to the return policy will not be retroactive and will only affect transactions made after the date of the update.

7.2 We encourage you to regularly check our return policy to stay informed of any changes.

7.3 By continuing to make purchases on our site after the publication of the changes, you agree to the updated terms of our return policy.
