- If the socks are new, unworn, and still in their original packaging, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange.

3.2 The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging, except in the case of a defect.

3.3 Refunds will not be processed until the returned product has been received and assessed by our team.

 

4. Refund Amount

4.1 The refund will include the standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase. Any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered will not be refunded.
